This is a strategic, cross-functional analytics leader role. The individual will own the design, development, and governance of reporting, dashboards, and data insights that guide executive decision-making. They will serve as a key advisor to leadership—analyzing customer, financial, and operational data to uncover trends, optimize strategies, and ensure the department’s actions align with overall business goals.

In this role, you will analyze sales data, create insightful reports, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance and driving data-driven insights and initiatives to optimize sales performance and efficiency. This role involves interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively are essential.

As a Database Administrator Intern, you’ll work directly with our Sales Operations and Technology teams to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our Salesforce CRM platform—one of the core tools driving our business decisions and customer relationships.

Use your expertise in analysis & BI to uncover valuable insights informing the marketing strategy at MaintainX. You will make use of data across multiple platforms and partner with various teams to identify opportunities and improve results. While the role is dedicated to Marketing, you will be a member of the larger Data & Analytics team - who are tasked with supporting MX as a whole.
