The Reporting Developer will work with client services, operations, and business intelligence staff to build and automate reporting deliverables. This role involves being an expert of data for a sales team by following trends, forecasting and presenting to the client and client services teams.

You will be a critical leader responsible for translating business goals into a technical vision and execution strategy for your domain leading the BI Growth Zone dedicated to creating insights that fuel all aspects of Aledade's growth. In this role, you will guide a team of BI professionals in building complex datasets, insightful data visualizations, and compelling data-driven narratives.

The role is critical in enabling data-driven decisions that shape how Donorbox attracts, engages, and retains customers. As an individual contributor within the Data Team, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to deliver clear, actionable insights that accelerate growth and optimize performance.
