Job Description
The Analyst, Data will assist with day-to-day data management in EFF’s data systems, including data uploads, intersystem data syncing, data quality control checks, and reporting needs. They will continuously evaluate data collection methods and search for opportunities to improve or automate processes. This role involves supporting the Data Team in the creation of automated reports and dashboards for lending, capital raising, and operations to ensure team-wide access to key data and insights. The analyst will Utilize EFF’s database to support high-level analysis of potential and existing borrowers using academic, enrollment, and financial data. They will also support the evolution of EFF’s data systems processes and procedures, specifically as it relates to managing data quality and integrity.
