• Perform data preparation by identifying and connecting to multiple data sources.
• Visualize data by creating reports and dashboards, and analyze data to expose insights.

Play a key role in designing, developing, and executing migration strategies. Write and optimize complex SQL queries (preferably MySQL) to support data extraction. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Coordinate and assist with deployment, support activities, database upgrades, and application of patches. Develop data migration plans and scripts, work with Oracle support on issues and bug fixes, manage tablespaces, account management, performance tuning, troubleshooting databases and debugging PLSQL. Plan and schedule maintenance including security patching and emergency responses for database management systems and platforms in the production environment.

The Customer Solution Architects (CSA) are integral in helping customers through all three phases of their journey - Onboarding, Adoption and Innovation. The CSA team works closely with the Customer Success Manager as well as Customer teams to onboard customers onto Atlan, drive Atlan adoption through Value Streams and use the power of Active Metadata to automate and innovate. As part of the the CSA team, you will build expertise in tools in the Modern Data Stack and be the trusted advisor to help and guide Customer stakeholders.

• Scale the corporate People Data Warehouse to support analytics across multiple teams.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines using Hive, Spark, or other MPP database architectures.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex data issues.

• Play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate and accessible data pipelines while building automated dashboards and reports.
• Improve data integrity, governance, and usability for teams across the organization.

This role ensures clients receive technical support for SaaS solutions, focusing on data pipelines and integrations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, optimizing data flows, and implementing solutions with SQL and Python. The role requires strong communication skills to explain complex issues and improve support processes through automation.

Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake-based data pipelines and ELT workflows. Develop Snowflake objects, including tables, views, stored procedures, and UDFs. Monitor and optimize Snowflake performance using query profiling and workload management.
