Coordinate and assist with deployment, support activities, database upgrades, and application of patches. Develop data migration plans and scripts, work with Oracle support on issues and bug fixes, manage tablespaces, account management, performance tuning, troubleshooting databases and debugging PLSQL. Plan and schedule maintenance including security patching and emergency responses for database management systems and platforms in the production environment.

The Customer Solution Architects (CSA) are integral in helping customers through all three phases of their journey - Onboarding, Adoption and Innovation. The CSA team works closely with the Customer Success Manager as well as Customer teams to onboard customers onto Atlan, drive Atlan adoption through Value Streams and use the power of Active Metadata to automate and innovate. As part of the the CSA team, you will build expertise in tools in the Modern Data Stack and be the trusted advisor to help and guide Customer stakeholders.

This role ensures clients receive technical support for SaaS solutions, focusing on data pipelines and integrations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, optimizing data flows, and implementing solutions with SQL and Python. The role requires strong communication skills to explain complex issues and improve support processes through automation.
