As part of the Community Support team, you will play a key role in upholding Raya’s values and delivering a world-class member experience, being the voice of the company, helping members navigate questions, resolve issues, and feel genuinely supported, approaching support with the same mindset as hospitality.

This role will partner closely with multiple teams, including Product, Business, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate has previously led analytics teams in a high-growth, hands-on setting, using modern data tools to create valuable insights throughout the company.
