About the Role:
- Deliver world-class member support with empathy, acting as the voice of Raya.
- Work with a global team and collaborate with Community leadership remotely.
What You'll Do:
- Handle member inquiries via email and ensure resolution with thoughtful follow-up.
- Analyze support data and improve member experience and workflows.
- Support product testing during new releases.
