The Senior Machine Learning Scientist will help design, build, and scale Testlio’s next generation of AI-powered data products. As part of the product team, you will apply advanced machine learning, data science, and statistical methods to transform the rich data from our software testing platform into actionable insights for our customers. Your work will directly influence how global engineering and product teams understand product quality, user experience, and business impact.

This is a high-impact role for a proven New Business Developer who thrives in a remote, fast-changing, scale-up environment. You’ll bring a track record of success selling software services or technical products to senior technology leaders and the drive to create and win new opportunities from day one. At Testlio, you’ll join the Growth team, and you’ll have the autonomy to run your book of business like a founder, backed by a collaborative, global team that’s transforming how digital products are tested and launched.

Lead a team of Software Engineers and Data Scientists in delivering solutions that harness data & the latest AI advancements to generate measurable business impacts, ensuring our leadership in quality software testing services. You’ll play a key role in product discovery, working closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and freelance contributors to deeply understand product challenges, not just feature requests. You’ll influence both the technical strategy and product direction.
