A Testing Manager is responsible for the success of our testing delivery, taking care of the important activities of clients’ testing projects, including test scope planning, test run management, and results reporting. You will work closely with clients, the Testers, Test Leads, other Testing Managers, Testing Delivery, and our Engagement Managers to ensure that testing is executed with the Testlio stamp of quality.

Spearhead the development of generative AI applications, harnessing data and the latest advancements in AI to create solutions that drive significant business outcomes. You'll be at the forefront of building unique solutions that reshape the way quality engineering is done at scale which will directly contribute to our vision of AI-powered quality engineering. Your work will improve engineering metrics for Fortune 500 companies.

Lead the design of robust technical solutions for the continuous advancement of our Testlio Platform. Take the helm in designing and documenting critical solution blueprints and detailed technical specifications that directly shape how our engineering teams build and evolve our platform. Champion and enforce the highest standards for solution design and technical documentation across the Platform division.

As an Engagement Manager at Testlio, you will drive strategic client success, growth, and overall testing team strategies within various industries. Reporting to the Client Services Director, you will own a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring exceptional results and value. You'll collaborate with Testing Managers, Test Leads, and testers globally as part of our Delivery Team within a distributed services team.

Executing ticket testing on mobile (iOS & Android), web, and desktop platforms. Reproducing issues found during testing. Documenting and reporting test results, including bugs and potential risks. Clearly communicating findings to the development team and stakeholders. Working closely and directly with the client.
