Donorbox is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Data Team, with a dedicated focus on Sales and Marketing Analytics. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decisions that shape how they attract, engage, and retain customers. As an individual contributor within their Data Team, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to deliver clear, actionable insights that accelerate growth and optimize performance.
You’ll build dashboards, run analyses, and uncover opportunities that directly influence pipeline generation, campaign ROI, customer conversion, and market expansion strategies. You will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track GTM performance metrics (e.g., funnel conversion, CAC, retention, LTV), provide strategic insights on marketing campaign performance, and conduct pricing impact analyses.
