The CRM & Data Systems Specialist will own and optimize the functionality of World Relief’s HubSpot CRM, ensuring the system is structured to support growing marketing and development initiatives. As a core member of the Home Office Marketing team, this full-time remote role will act as a cross-functional bridge between data integrity, technical integrations, and performance reporting.
The role is critical in enabling data-driven decisions that shape how Donorbox attracts, engages, and retains customers. As an individual contributor within the Data Team, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams to deliver clear, actionable insights that accelerate growth and optimize performance. You’ll build dashboards, run analyses, and uncover opportunities that directly influence pipeline generation, campaign ROI, customer conversion, and market expansion strategies.
