Business Intelligence Manager

As a Manager of Business Intelligence, you will be a critical leader responsible for translating business goals into a technical vision and execution strategy for your domain. Specifically, you will lead our BI Growth Zone, a team dedicated to creating insights that fuel all aspects of Aledade's growth, from marketing outreach to sales effectiveness. You will partner closely with senior leaders across the company—including Executive Leadership, Product, Technology, and Growth—to drive key company results and contribute directly to our strategic roadmap. In this dynamic player-coach role, you will use your deep technical expertise to guide a team of BI professionals in building complex datasets, insightful data visualizations, and compelling data-driven narratives. You will be responsible for managing project execution, developing your people, fostering a healthy and productive team environment, and championing operational excellence.
