Play a key role in scaling and supporting H1's cloud infrastructure, working closely with engineering and data teams to improve the reliability, visibility, and efficiency of our systems and deployment pipelines. Focused on automation, enablement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced AWS-based environment, responsibilities include automating infrastructure provisioning, improving CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability.

The Search Engineering team is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's core search infrastructure, enabling fast, accurate, and scalable search across terabytes of medical data. As a Software Engineer, you will work with search infrastructure, design high-performance APIs, build end-to-end features using Node.js and GraphQL, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will also debug issues, optimize performance, and stay updated with AI and search technologies.

As a Customer Success Manager on our HPDH team, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to clients in the Health Plans and Digital Health space, driving engagement and ensuring long-term success. You will act as the main point of contact, aligning client goals with H1’s capabilities and guiding process improvements. You will also build strong stakeholder relationships to drive adoption and share feedback.
