Role Overview:
- Oversee the administrative engine for payer contracts, membership, payment distribution, and client services within the IPA.
- Drive strategic initiatives with the Market Manager and IPA Operations Director to optimize value-based care performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with internal departments, payers, and client practices.
- Monitor payer enrollments, reports, and payments, ensuring accurate membership processes and KPI tracking.
- Mentor and manage direct reports, including Operations Specialists and Membership Associates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, plus 8+ years of progressive experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills with a consultative mindset.
- Prior management experience and familiarity with Microsoft/Google suites preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range of $90,000–$110,000 base plus bonus and equity.
