Role Overview:
- Manage the full lifecycle of network partnerships from identification through contract execution and amendments.
- Support Maven's network contracting function and network operations as an individual contributor.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the pipeline of prospective network partners and maintain an executive dashboard.
- Lead contracting processes for clinic contracts and amendments, partnering with internal stakeholders.
- Build dashboards to monitor performance and support network quarterly business reviews.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in network development, provider contracting, or partnerships in healthcare.
- Hands-on contracting experience including drafting, redlining, and negotiating agreements.
- Strong organizational skills and proven results in rate negotiations.
