Vice President, Payer Engagement

Stakeholder Strategy & Engagement:

• Build and sustain relationships with health plan leaders to drive mutual success.
• Lead partnership governance structures (e.g., JOC meetings) and present Aledade's value proposition.
• Partner across internal teams to align on clinical, operational, and data-interoperability strategies.

Team Leadership:

• Build, direct, and retain a high-performing team by fostering a collaborative work culture.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable targets and coach employees for performance.
• Oversee resource allocation and cross-functional leadership alignment to remove roadblocks.

MA Performance & Strategy:

• Share health plan perspectives with cross-functional leaders including clinical and product.
• Proactively identify and resolve misalignment between payer partners and internal teams.
• Monitor key MA performance metrics, risk adjustment, and quality initiatives to optimize outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of progressive healthcare experience.
• 10+ years within a health plan environment with Medicare Advantage expertise.
• Data-driven strategic thinking and exceptional leadership skills.
