Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, Point of Care

Primary Duties:

• Own strategy and execution for field, practice, and end user go-to-market efforts for all Risk Stratification program- and product-related efforts.
• Own partnerships with strategic practice partner leadership, payer partners, and vendors to advance insight delivery.
• Direct and support other Transformation team members’ ideation and execution of related strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ years with a Master’s Degree, strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare and 2+ years in value-based care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced exploration of emerging AI tools, with preference for building, scaling, or teaching AI tooling.
• Expert Excel skills including Index/Match, XLOOKUP, FILTER, and advanced formulas.
• Advanced PPT skills, storyboarding, and ability to draft executive-level materials.
