Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end performance management of AOP Objectives and Key Results, ensuring accountability and timely execution.
- Facilitate annual planning cycles and Quarterly Business Reviews, refining the AOP playbook for efficiency.
- Act as cross-functional bridge, aligning Analytics, Field, and Product stakeholders with strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management, or consulting.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of ownership.
