The role involves driving strategic decision-making and ensuring operational excellence across functional areas. You will cultivate and manage strong working relationships with colleagues across functions. You will bring a multi-disciplinary skill set–including strategy, operations, project management, and financial analysis/modeling.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Strategic Planning, the Director of Strategic Planning will design and facilitate sessions with agency staff, partners and/or members of the public. They will engage with leaders' agency-wide to examine and prioritize strategic challenges and opportunities that affect HPD and/or the city as a whole, and that may involve intra-agency collaboration. The candidate will directly supervise and support Strategic Planning staff managing a diverse set of projects.

The Founder's Associate Intern will execute high-priority, delegated tasks across strategic and operational work streams that directly drive company execution. This position requires exceptional organizational discipline and an entrepreneurial self-starter mentality to manage initiatives with a high degree of autonomy. You will be instrumental in increasing the Founder's focus on outward-facing strategic goals, ensuring the rapid progress of ARCbuild.

As a Senior Specialist, Strategic Initiatives, you will support and drive a team’s key projects and long-term goals by coordinating with senior leadership, managing strategic project execution, and ensuring strategic alignment within the department and cross-functionally. The Strategy & Operations, Go-To-Market Senior Analyst will report into the Director of S&O of Industrials and will help scale the business by launching and executing a broad set of highly critical and visible initiatives. You will work and collaborate closely with the Leadership Team and cross-functional teams in your day-to-day to develop and implement growth strategies, improve commercial and cross-functional processes, and tactically drive growth, adoption and retention.
