The Senior Accounting Manager provides strong relationship-based customer service to SFS chapters by creating service and product enhancements, and serves as a leader of both people and initiatives within the department by providing oversight and guidance to accounting team on financial reporting processes and supporting Chapter leadership with required financial resources.
The Director, Shared Financial Services leads the Shared Financial Services Team (SFS) and maintain overall integrity, accountability, and viability of the group. The SFS provides shared financial and accounting services to Make-A-Wish chapters, providing oversight and guidance in accounting, internal and external reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will architect, design, build, and deliver technical solutions on the Make-A-Wish America Salesforce platform to support the Make-A-Wish National Office and chapters across the United States. This role analyzes complex business problems and implements solutions that will enhance the functionality of our growing business applications environment.
The Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) leads people practices, services and processes including talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, and people strategy across Make-A-Wish America. This position designs and implements people initiatives across the network of national Chapters and promotes the organizationβs culture to advance the mission of granting wishes to critically ill children by attracting, retaining and motivating top talent.
