• Partner with the CPTO and Product & Engineering leadership to drive quarterly strategic planning.
• Own the operational rhythm of the R&D organization - planning cycles, leadership reviews, KPIs, retrospectives, and communication cadences.

The Director of Strategic Programs / Chief of Staff serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leadership. This role is responsible for orchestrating strategic planning and managing cross-functional programs. Enable executive decision-making through effective governance and communication.
