Job Description
Work directly with Luma’s Co-Founders (CEO and CTO) in a high-growth vertical SaaS company with 150+ employees, a leading health tech company. Lead high-priority strategic business initiatives, from idea through successful execution. Assist and communicate with Leadership Team to drive effective decision-making, program management, and metrics/measurement. Serve as liaison with Founders regarding Luma’s culture, morale, and employee performance.
Act as a key facilitator between different teams, ensuring that all parties are communicating and working towards the same goals. Lead and manage the company’s annual/quarterly/monthly planning process and hold teams/departments accountable to their objectives + targets. Be a meetings master and support content creation, coordination, and preparation for company Board meetings.
The role involves ~30% travel and will report to the CEO, playing an important role in executive leadership.
