The Chief of Staff for the Chainguard Security & Technology organization plays a vital role in strategic decision-making and agile delivery. This role serves as a trusted right-hand to senior leaders across security and enterprise technology supporting success of the organization's mission. The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the CISO, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders, managing cross-functional special projects. Responsibilities include driving planning processes, tracking OKRs, designing operational rhythms, enabling executives, leading projects, and coaching on process improvement.
