Fully remote position for an AI Solutions Engineer. As a problem solver with a detail and objective-oriented mindset, you will work 40 hours/week. You should have 2+ years in a developer-facing or technical support role and a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent coupled with experience working with open-source generative AI models and familiar with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.

Assist in the next phase of Veza's growth as a Technical Support Engineer, working alongside builders from companies like Google and AWS. Provide nuanced technical and non-technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure resolution. Manage escalations to the engineering team, advocate for the customer, and create/share knowledge. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive positive customer outcomes and function as a subject matter expert for Veza products.

Primarily work with the Marketing team, helping to make correct data-informed decisions. You will automate the management and monitoring of marketing platforms. Building scripts and tools to interact with ad platform APIs, streamlining routine tasks is part of the role. Create AI-assisted workflows using LLM APIs and develop dashboards and reports that provide transparency into campaign performance and business KPIs.
