• Partner with the CPTO and Product & Engineering leadership to drive quarterly strategic planning.
• Own the operational rhythm of the R&D organization - planning cycles, leadership reviews, KPIs, retrospectives, and communication cadences.
• Act as a bridge between R&D and GTM teams to ensure initiatives move cohesively from concept to customer value.

• Design and execute the go-to-market strategy for new merchant-facing products.
• Build relationships with top priority merchant partners to iterate the business.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive growth and scale.

In this role, you will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for elevating how we operate as an organization. You will own core business operations, financial planning, and organizational processes that will maximize our ability to empower progressive campaigns. You will dive into the organization's most pressing challenges, moving fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on problem-solving to drive efficiency and help us grow.

As a Senior Specialist, Strategic Initiatives, you will support and drive a team’s key projects and long-term goals by coordinating with senior leadership, managing strategic project execution, and ensuring strategic alignment within the department and cross-functionally.
