Looking for a strategic, experienced product leader to guide Procurify through its next chapter, responsible for the full product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap to execution and outcomes, partnering closely with the CEO, and driving the evolution of our AI product strategy.

Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to define and execute our technology strategy, scale our R&D organization, and evolve our platform for the next phase of growth. Bring a strong engineering foundation and a pragmatic mindset, combined with a deep appreciation for customer impact, product thinking, and business alignment. Key focus will be leading the adoption of AI, both in how we enhance our product with intelligent features.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage a larger and more complex book of business, leading high-impact customer engagements, expansions, and rollouts. You will act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, proactively drive customer success strategies, and confidently manage escalations while maximizing growth opportunities. Your ability to navigate complex customer landscapes will be crucial to the role’s success.

Procurify is seeking a tech-savvy, empathetic Team Lead, Customer Support who is passionate about both customer experience and building high-performing support teams. You will understand how things work, solve complex problems, and lead others to success. Energized by mentoring a team, handling escalations with confidence, and helping both your team and our customers reach their full potential.

Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand clients' needs, craft customized demonstrations highlighting Procurify's value, and build relationships as a trusted advisor. Conduct technical scoping for integrations, enhance client readiness, and train team members. This role requires curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
