About the Role:

  • Bridge Engineering, GTM, and vendors to deploy punchout integrations.
  • Triage requests and resolve configuration issues as Tier-2 technical support.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in technical support or implementation engineering in SaaS.
  • Python skills and familiarity with REST, cXML, or JSON.
