About the Role:
- Provide first-level technical support to e-commerce companies integrating Constructor's platform.
- Collaborate with customers to understand integration needs and configure product catalogs.
- Troubleshoot API and integration issues alongside Customer Success teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
