As a Senior Specialist, Strategic Initiatives, you will support and drive a team’s key projects and long-term goals by coordinating with senior leadership, managing strategic project execution, and ensuring strategic alignment within the department and cross-functionally. The Strategy & Operations, Go-To-Market Senior Analyst will report into the Director of S&O of Industrials and will help scale the business by launching and executing a broad set of highly critical and visible initiatives. You will work and collaborate closely with the Leadership Team and cross-functional teams in your day-to-day to develop and implement growth strategies, improve commercial and cross-functional processes, and tactically drive growth, adoption and retention.

As the Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager, helping shape Academy’s strategy as the team continues to evolve. In this highly strategic and cross-functional role, you’ll use data to inform decisions, turn ideas into structured plans, and drive execution across teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable impact as we scale Academy’s growth.

As Junior Manager Strategy (m/w/d), you will have the exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future development of our company through active project management, proactive analysis of market data, process control of OKR-management system, ownership for the (contractual) relationships to important business partners, taking on special projects and preparing decision templates for management.
