Job Description
Strategic Planning & Alignment:
- Partner with leadership to drive strategic planning.
- Translate business priorities into clear, actionable initiatives.
- Support board and executive presentations.
Execution & Operating Cadence:
- Own the operational rhythm of the R&D organization.
- Establish and improve frameworks for execution excellence.
- Drive accountability and transparency across initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between R&D and GTM teams.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives spanning multiple domains.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership.
