The new SVP Product for our Cross-Workflow Outbound Product Management team is looking for a Strategy & Operations all-star to join their management team and help them establish and drive their remit. This Director of Strategic Ops will sit in the Solutions, Technology, Experience, and Platform (STEP) Strategic Operations group, along with others who are aligned with the ServiceNow Product teams.

This role focuses on transforming product strategy into measurable business outcomes. As a Growth Strategy Director, you’ll work closely across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and make meaningful progress toward goals. You'll connect product and customer-facing teams, gathering market insights to shape direction and ensuring product investments deliver the expected impact.

Work on the end to end fulfillment strategy, profitability and operations for one of DoorDash's most nascent verticals. The Associate Manager will be directly responsible for cost and efficiency metrics and develop plans to improve performance. Influence cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business Development teams to improve profitability and enable growth and drive the strategy to build and rollout new product capabilities.
