The Vice President, Strategic Delivery's primary responsibility is to assist in prioritizing and driving the company’s business transformation agenda, from program inception to enabling successful delivery execution across the organization. This role will lead AI-powered initiatives, driving adoption of AI technologies that enhance business processes and drive innovation. The VP will also drive cross-functional alignment and champion change management activities.
The Mission Strategist will be embedded in the Sensing Business Unit, partnering with user groups to deliver high mission impact outcomes while collaborating with engineering. Responsibilities include identifying mission problems for RF and EW mission sets, defining solutions using our products, and developing a thesis for a broader program. The role requires a high interest in the EW mission set and the ability to scope ambiguous problems creatively.
You will engage with our largest customer’s C-Suite Executives leveraging your extensive industry and operational transformational experience to elegantly articulate how breakthrough business outcomes are achieved on the NOW platform. You will also advise and work closely with key internal Executives, as well as our Sales and Strategy teams to build a strategic product and GTM strategy including enabling the global field community.
