The Executive Director, Community Partners is a senior leader of the Community Engagement (CE) Department, responsible for shaping and scaling Care Access's national community engagement strategy. This executive role is accountable for leading a high-performing team of Community Engagement Partners (CEPs), managing national strategic partnerships, optimizing team performance, and ensuring a seamless experience for Future of Medicine(FoM) Members, Ambassadors, and community stakeholders.

This role will drive the transformation of DTN’s legacy suite of solutions into the new Fuel Operations HUB, working with the Energy Sector General Manager to develop and maintain the sector’s strategy. You will be the driving force for its execution via strategic organic co-innovation initiatives, identifying and supporting strategic growth acquisitions.

The Sr. Director, Network and Product Strategy, is an experienced healthcare leader and subject matter expert responsible for maintaining and developing Awareness and Adherence network partnerships, combined with product innovation and strategy. The director is a key participant in the development of new solutions as the company expands its product and services. The position manages and develops the network relationship team that supports and executes upon the company’s messaging products into various channels including pharmacies, physician offices, EMRs, and health systems.
