Make outbound calls to prospective members, educate them on Thyme Care's free cancer support services, and encourage enrollment. Build trusting relationships by listening deeply and understanding each member's needs to successfully enroll them into the program. Carefully document member needs and preferences to enable the care team to provide personalized support.
