Oncology Nurse Navigator

Role Overview:

• Serve as a clinical resource for members and their care network via phone, email, and video.
• Triage, support, and educate patients across the oncology care continuum.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and coordinate care with a focus on quality and empathy.
• Collaborate with payers, providers, and care team members to manage escalations.

Qualifications:

• BSN and compact unrestricted RN license required.
• Two years of nursing experience including one year in solid tumor oncology.
