Role Overview:
- Palliative Care Nurse Navigator supporting members with serious illness via phone, email, and video.
- Conduct symptom assessments, advance care planning, and end-of-life discussions.
What Leads to Success:
- Active RN license and 5+ years nursing experience, including palliative or hospice oncology care.
- Strong communication, adaptability, and member-centric focus.
Compensation:
- Non-negotiable $46.35/hour, remote in lower 48 US.
- Full-time non-exempt role with holiday availability.
