As a Credentialing Associate, you will play a vital role in helping mental health providers get credentialed with insurance payors—especially Medicare and commercial plans—so they can begin delivering care quickly and effectively. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for both providers and payors, managing application workflows, conducting primary source verification, and ensuring accurate provider information in internal and external systems like CAQH.
As a Credentialing Coordinator, you'll be the first line of support for providers who have questions about their credentialing process, helping them navigate next steps and resolve issues quickly. Acting as Credentialing Department liaison for both internal and external stakeholders by monitoring and responding to provider inquiries. You'll also surface themes from inquiries that help us streamline workflows and improve the provider experience.
