The Intern will be responsible for data entry of provider credentialing data into the main database and maintain a close relationship with the Onboarding, Training and Credentialing teams to collaborate on admin work surrounding network operations projects. The role will also support the day-to-day onboarding and credentialing operations of both 1099 and W2 workflows.

As an Octave Credentialing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely credentialing and renewal of all providers with payors, while effectively meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders including providers, operations, and revenue cycle teams. With a keen attention to detail and a strong desire to establish and maintain efficient systems, you will work towards achieving the company's strategic objectives.

This role will play a critical role in building, shaping and scaling our network so that all Americans have coverage to get services from knownwell. This person will support all things credentialing at knownwell. The candidate that will achieve the greatest success will be a seasoned managed care expert, who has a successful track record in swiftly credentialing providers across a number of geographies.
