Licensing & Credentialing Program Manager

The Licensing & Credentialing Program Manager ensures our clinicians are always ready and authorized to provide care. You’ll own the processes that keep our clinicians properly licensed, credentialed, and compliant across states, including managing collaboration practice agreements (CPAs) between physicians and advanced practice providers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, compliance, and operational efficiency. You’ll be a key operational link between our Clinical, Operations, Legal, and People teams. This role will report directly to VP of Operations. The role will oversee new state licenses, renewals, and credentialing with payers. The role will track all state licenses, DEA registrations, and expiration timelines and maintain regulatory compliance.
