The Data Analyst at 9amHealth plays a central role in transforming data into actionable insights that inform care delivery, clinical quality, and business performance. You’ll design, manage, and optimize reporting for key analytics domains and work closely with the Data & Backend Engineer to strengthen our analytics foundation. You'll introduce modern, AI informed data practices that improve speed, accuracy, and decision quality across the organization.

As a Patient Care Advocate, you'll provide comprehensive support to our members and play a key role in the Care Team, directly interacting with members through phone, text, email, and messaging, while collaborating with clinical specialists to ensure a seamless healthcare experience.
