The Licensing & Credentialing Program Manager ensures our clinicians are always ready and authorized to provide care. You’ll own the processes that keep our clinicians properly licensed, credentialed, and compliant across states, including managing collaboration practice agreements (CPAs) between physicians and advanced practice providers.
Assist with daily business oversight, compliance tracking, email management, and administrative coordination for an Amazon DSP. The role involves monitoring recurring operational tasks, verifying HR and compliance updates, managing communications, and maintaining accurate reporting systems to ensure efficiency and alignment with requirements.
This role is pivotal in advancing a One System model of radical cooperation and excellence—aligning six colleges and universities under a shared vision of student-first service, operational excellence, and regulatory accountability. This leader directs a division that bridges compliance, student finance, and student experience—areas that collectively shape the student journey and directly influence access, persistence, and success. The VP must balance regulatory rigor with innovation and empathy.
