The Associate Director, Data Integrity leads enterprise-wide efforts to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of patient health information within Emory Healthcare's Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. This role supports the delivery of exceptional patient care and operational efficiency by developing and implementing robust data integrity policies, managing patient identity resolution, and overseeing chart corrections and Epic record merges.

Manage the administration, communication and compliance of Natera’s employee equity incentive and employee stock purchase program (ESPP). You will be analyzing and communicating matters relating to Natera’s equity plans, grant practices and other relevant policies, processes and procedures to executive staff and internal stakeholders, driving improvements as necessary and appropriate. You will also partner with Legal, Finance and Human Resources to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory, internal and external reporting and requirements relating to equity matters, including disclosures and filings required by the SEC.

We are looking for Duet’s first credentialing hire to drive our credentialing operations and ensure excellence in quality and compliance. This individual is responsible for handling and coordinating the credentialing process for new and established providers at Duet.

As a Payer Relations Coordinator, you are responsible for managing relationships with insurance payers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for skilled nursing services. This role involves verifying patient insurance benefits, obtaining prior authorizations, and resolving any issues related to insurance coverage. The coordinator will work closely with the admissions, billing, and clinical teams to ensure compliance with insurance requirements optimize revenue cycle outcomes.
