As the first dedicated Equity Administrator you will assist in assessing, building, and scaling Flock’s stock administration function. You will maintain accurate records of all stock plan transactions and ensure that vesting schedules, exercise periods, and other plan criteria are managed effectively. You will manage and process all equity plan transactions and ensure all transactions are compliant with internal policies and external regulations.

The Business Operations Administrator ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of day-to-day operations across the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to support administrative, financial, and operational processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
