The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) is responsible for account sales, service, and support activities of all Oncology products within an assigned geography. This role involves selling Natera’s Oncology products, supporting Clinical Oncology Specialists, increasing revenue, and driving market development through direct interaction with accounts and caregivers in the oncology continuum of care.
This is a temporary position assisting the Clinical/Medical Laboratory Scientist Data Review team. Duties require written and verbal communication with internal and external customers consisting of medical professionals, laboratory personnel, channel partners, and sales. You will obtain and process all information needed to process patient genetic testing samples, reports, and billing. Duties also include maintaining shared spreadsheets and performing miscellaneous clerical tasks.
Review select cases for accuracy of tissue request and escalate to PAs when needed, complete accurate data entry. Assist other PSCs in resolving issues with their cases and provide feedback on the quality of their work. Ensure that necessary notes and holds are placed on cases for non-conforming samples, discrepancies and/or missing information. Compose professional emails/faxes to communicate with other departments for case escalation and/or case status updates.
The Senior Product Manager, EMR is part of the Provider Experience product team and will be accountable for developing a suite of EMR solutions to drive clinical decision-making. The Prior Authorization Manager will effectively lead the Prior Authorization functional area within billing, collection or accounts receivable management, maintaining a full understanding of the billing information system. Manages the activities of staff through daily supervision while overseeing designated functional areas across the revenue cycle department including, but not limited to, billing and pre-certification. Assists with implementing strategic goals by deploying internal and external staff.
