The RD colleague has the primary responsibility for supporting goals and objectives of the care enhancement program by providing telephonic care and resource utilization for members in an appropriate, efficient, and cost-effective manner while ensuring high quality care. The RD colleague has responsibility for the provision of member care within their scope of practice, coordinating with the Primary Care Provider (PCP), and all other members of the health care team to support appropriate total healthcare management.

Leverage your clinical expertise to advance observational research as a Clinical Data Quality Manager/Senior Manager on our Data Management Team. You’ll serve as a clinical expert, providing critical insights into study design, data collection, and data quality across our growing portfolio of observational research studies. Your ability to interpret and communicate complex medical information will directly contribute to the success of our research studies.

Provide 1:1 virtual therapy to clients, lead caregiver coaching and support, conduct remote assessments and behavior plans, and ensure quality care through ongoing documentation. Coordinate care and collaborate with our clinical team to reshape autism therapy—while working remotely.
