The role enhances the customer education experience by providing a high level of customer service and educational opportunities. This includes post-sale remote installation and education through applications training and veterinary scanning techniques. The individual will troubleshoot ultrasound technical support issues, serve as a lab instructor at Sound’s Academy of Veterinary Imaging, and provide onsite education and installation as needed.

Provides service line/specialty specific coding/documentation education and feedback related to coding changes to assigned Physicians/APCs. Shares coding/documentation education presentations to Chief Medical Officers, Physicians/APCs, Senior Director Administrators across the organization. Relays any coding changes, feedback, and education to Physician/APC, Locum Tenens, residents/students and/or clinic leadership, as appropriate.

The Genesis Specialist will provide customers with onsite technology integration, education and utilization support, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Training, Customer Services, and Tech Support to ensure customers have the tools to launch, optimize and sustain a successful robotic surgery program, actively involved in care team training, resident system training, program support and continuous improvement initiatives.
