In this role on the Healthcare Data Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting complex healthcare data to support strategic decision-making and improve population health outcomes. You will work closely with Interwell Health colleagues and stakeholders to understand analytical needs, develop insights that drive healthcare initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and enhance patient care.

Play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our data architecture to support the ingestion, processing, and analysis of healthcare data. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare data standards, data integration, and advanced analytics to drive value-based care initiatives. The ideal candidate has specific experience working with data in healthcare, health-tech or the life sciences commercial space.

As a bilingual RN Care Manager, you’ll empower members to manage their health, offering personalized support that helps slow disease progression and minimize the need for costly interventions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with healthcare providers, dialysis teams, and other professionals to create individualized care plans, educate patients, and coordinate their transitions to dialysis. Your work will primarily be telephonic.
