As a Manager, Product Quality Clinician you will be a member of Complaint Handling and Post Market Surveillance/Risk Management team to provide clinical guidance/clinical expert knowledge to Quality, Engineering and other cross functional teams to understand the nature of complaints and possible health risks. You will ensure appropriate investigation of product complaints and adverse events, in order to escalate potential manufacturing, design, labeling and training issues.

This is a remote role responsible for processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status and documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors in a high-volume production environment. Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel) is needed.

Perform coding validation reviews for Patient Safety, POA, Compliance, Clinical Documentation Improvement, Quality and Performance Improvement; assist with internal/external coding audits and education/feedback. Requires inpatient and outpatient experience and knowledge of coding applications.

The CRA II assists in the execution of clinical studies sponsored by Penumbra to assess safety and effectiveness of products. This position works with confidential patient and company data, and interfaces with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
