Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Stay ahead of payer changes, reviewing and interpreting updates to various payer manuals.
  • Translate payer manuals into clear guidance for the clinical team.
  • Drive quality and compliance by tracking denials and recommending improvements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve all treatment plans.
  • Provide specific feedback to treating BCBAs and Clinical Directors.
  • Be a resource to help clinicians understand payer requirements and best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in prior authorization review with Georgia payors.
  • BCBA certification and licensed in Georgia.
