Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Stay ahead of payer changes, reviewing and interpreting updates to various payer manuals.
- Translate payer manuals into clear guidance for the clinical team.
- Drive quality and compliance by tracking denials and recommending improvements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review and approve all treatment plans.
- Provide specific feedback to treating BCBAs and Clinical Directors.
- Be a resource to help clinicians understand payer requirements and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (or equivalent).
- Experience working in prior authorization review with Georgia payors.
- BCBA certification and licensed in Georgia.
