POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Plays a critical inside sales role in driving the success of Natera’s Oncology product lines.
  • Responsible for managing and growing patient relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.
  • Partners closely with Field Sales, Operations, and internal stakeholders to execute territory strategies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively manage inbound and outbound patient outreach to influence testing adoption and scheduling.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients to drive repeat testing and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Billing and Customer Support to remove barriers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience in a remote or phone-based environment.
  • Experience in outbound and inbound sales or call center roles with measurable performance goals.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and sales activity.
