POSITION SUMMARY:
- Plays a critical inside sales role in driving the success of Natera’s Oncology product lines.
- Responsible for managing and growing patient relationships through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Partners closely with Field Sales, Operations, and internal stakeholders to execute territory strategies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively manage inbound and outbound patient outreach to influence testing adoption and scheduling.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients to drive repeat testing and engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Billing and Customer Support to remove barriers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience in a remote or phone-based environment.
- Experience in outbound and inbound sales or call center roles with measurable performance goals.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and sales activity.
