As part of the pensions service department, you will provide personalized and professional service to participants of over 700 pension plans. Responsibilities include responding to participant questions, updating data, and processing requested transactions. You will research accounts, recoup overpayments, locate beneficiaries, and help with claim paperwork. You will also support the customer service team and drive process improvements.

The Pricing Analyst will assist in developing proposal cost/price strategies and cost volume deliverables, solving unique and challenging problems for Defense and Homeland Security customers. Additionally, the manager will analyze financial data to spot trends and improve revenue streams.

The Lock Desk Analyst will support the Lock Desk by processing rate lock, change, and extension requests, adhering to rate lock policies. Responsibilities include processing rate lock requests in Encompass, change requests, and assisting Loan Officers with inquiries. As a participant in our PreMaster program, you will be a valued team member and support us in the further development and implementation of strategic projects. You will coordinate and improve global, standardized price management within the scope of business and forecast planning. You will also be responsible for coordinating and harmonizing the globally collected planned product manufacturing costs. You will support country controlling through the monthly review and analysis of the monthly financial statements.
