We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Employer Experience team. You will be leading our client-facing web and backend development team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a talented product and design team to drive the development of both client and internal-facing applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will be on the front line of the Claims team, evaluating claim submissions and interacting with members via chat, email, and phone to help them navigate the claims process, becoming an expert on Garner’s product, claims processing standards, and the needs of our members. The Claims team is a key touchpoint for our members, so you should be passionate about helping people and a proactive problem solver.

This role owns Garner’s relationship with the largest broker and consulting firms nationally with a focus on relationship management, understanding client needs, and day-to-day execution. The VP will have direct impact in the scaling of Garner’s core business by defining and executing a business development plan to prioritize, target, and establish lead generating partnerships with national distributors.
