Responsible for phone sales, following up on prospects and assisting with enrollment forms. Sourcing new sales opportunities and establishing leads through outbound calls, emails and follow up. Must have Health Insurance license within 60 days of employment. Understand and maintain awareness of customer needs.

Drive business development, cultivate broker relationships, and expand our market presence within the captive and self-funded medical space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, deep knowledge of stop-loss and captives, and strong strategic leadership skills.
