Lead a motivated team of Consultants and help them achieve their individual and common goals. Promote the strengths of your team members and identify areas for optimization to best support your team. Plan and implement innovative sales campaigns together with the department head.

This role supports the launching of the Aquabeam Robotic System in the defined territory and establishes Aquablation as the treatment of choice for men suffering from BPH. The Clinical Sales Representative will help maximize the utilization of installed Aquabeam Systems and exceed sales targets.

Leverage your educational background and consultative approach to guide prospective students and families toward personalized learning solutions. You will conduct meaningful needs assessment conversations with families and apply your teaching/training experience to recommend tailored learning solutions, demonstrating subject matter expertise.
