  • Manage the Experience Rating Refund (ERR) functions and team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of experience reports and compliance with contract provisions.
  • Review and approve experience reports, administer ERR source systems, and investigate discrepancies to ensure correct refunds and retro premiums.
  • Lead process and technology initiatives, develop training, and provide consultative services to internal and external customers as a trusted SME.
